The Perfect Historic Venue to host your next event!

The LeDuc Historic Estate was completed in 1866 and is of the Gothic Revival architectural style. Your private event will be enhanced by the historic surroundings of the house, the Carriage Barn, Ice House and Simmons Shed. Guests to the site enjoy walking through the wooded trails, strolling through the apple orchard and even visiting the live chickens on the grounds.

Within the LeDuc Estate, the Dining Room and Parlor can accommodate groups of up to 40. With a catering kitchen onsite, your food options are endless. Due to the historic nature of the site, some restrictions may apply. Please speak with the Site Supervisor for more details. Larger groups may be accommodated outside. 

The house includes the dining room and parlor, along with a library and gift shop on the first floor. The second floor consists a staff office and additional bedrooms that explore the history of the LeDuc family and Hastings.
