Enjoy an evening with your friends and the Dakota County Historical Society as you join Stephen E. Osman in learning about the history of Fort Snelling over two centuries. This series offers fascinating stories of historic people, places, and events in a unique and intimate setting. Admission includes one free drink ticket and a cash bar for visitors that includes non-alcoholic beverages.

Stephen Osman is an independent historian and author, and the former site manager at Historic Fort Snelling. He has authored numerous articles and several books. His presentation will delve into the rich and colorful history of one of Minnesota’s most important historic sites. 

The site will open at 5:30 p.m. for a social gathering, with the presentation starting at 6:00 p.m. Light food and beverages will be available, including a cash bar.
